Brewing Dates
We associate brewing and drinking beer with togetherness. For us brewing and drinking Beer is better toghether.
That’s why we brew publicly with our mobile system and everyone who is interested is welcome. We look forward to your visit and if you like, you are welcome to lend a hand.
A brewing day at Forch starts at 10 a.m. and lasts the whole day. There is our Forchbeer on tap and often we conclude the day having a cold one with our guests.
We don't have any public brewing days planned at the moment. Feel free to check back another time.
Upcoming Events
Every year, we enjoy the great atmosphere and the fair festival in Maur. Naturally, there’s delicious Forchbier varieties freshly tapped and we are brewing with our show brewery. A large Chilbi market, fire brigade demonstrations and plenty of tasty treats to eat.
Friday: 7 pm – 2 am
Saturday: 12 noon – 2 am
Sunday: 11 am – 7 pm
