Guided by a brewing team and a leadership coach, your team will Step away from the daily grind and create your very own, unique beer. Along the way questions will be clarified and solutions are found. This will help your team, company or individuals to grow stronger.

- Brewing and Teambuilding for 2-3 days
- Individuals and Teams up to 15 People
- Brew a Batch of your own beer, guided by Forchbier
- Work on team related topics under the supervision of an experienced coach.
- Discuss individual topics and targets
- Unique combination of indoor and outdoor activities, coaching and brewing.
- Once we have fermented and lagered this unique beer its time for the follow up event.

- At our Homebase in Forch in conjunction with our Partner Seminarhotel Wassberg.
- Any place you like. The Forchbier Brewery is movable
