2. Braufestival at Forch
That’s how beer is made!
9th of march 2024
Wow, was für ein tolles Braufestival. Mit Sonne und bester Laune besuchten uns rund 300 Personen auf der Forch. An der Bar gab es 9 verschiedene Craft-Biere im Ausschank, die exklusiv nur an diesem Tag genossen werden konnten. Die 12 Brauer rührten fleissig und durch den Tag entstanden über 500 Liter handgemachtes Bier. Der Musiker René Heimgartner sorgte für gute Live-Musik und es gab sogar noch eine spontane Gesangseinlage (danke Kimi Fiebig) und eine kleine Tanzaufführung in unserem Brauanhänger. Was will man mehr!
Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei allen, die dieses Festival zu einem solch super Tag gemacht haben und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf die nächste Ausgabe!

Maurmer Chilbi
1.-3. September 2023
Best weather conditions and a good atmosphere. We were happy to brew and and serve our fierebeer in our community Maur at the Maurmer Chilbi. In the new part behind the barn there was a wide range of food and space for a cozy get-together. We were able to welcome many interested visitors in our trailer. They would learn about the process of brewing beer, how to heat with fire and much more. At the bar, wie served in addition to our standard fire beer, the Amber Lager, also a light beer and an ale on tap. Conclusion: It was so well received that both badges were sold out.
In the end, the cows from our neighborhood enjoyed the fresh spent grain. We thank you Maur for this Event and the great times.
Solothurner Biertage
27th to 29th of April 2023
For the first time Forchbier took part in the largest Beerevent in Switzerland. Not only were we the smallest brewery to participate, we were also the only ones who actually brewed beer on our analogue, woodfired brewhouse. We received so much positive feedback and it was great to see so many interested people in our trailer or chat with them at our bar.
Thank you, Solothurn, for three days of joy, good atmosphere and great beers.

What would be better than drinking home-brewed hop juice together? Exactly, brewing it. 8 other brewers followed our call and on March 4, 2023 we all brewed beer together at Forch. From spaghetti pots to gas-fired 200 liter brewhouses, many different brewing systems were in operation and the art of brewing could be brought closer to the interested public. Of course, talking shop and trying out our own creations were not neglected either. All in all a great event. Maybe the foundation for the start of a long tradition was laid here. We are definitely looking forward to the next edition in 2024.
Maurmer Chilbi

Bei bestem Wetter und guter Stimmung haben wir in unserer Gemeinde an der Maurmer Chilbi Bier gebraut und ausgeschenkt. Im neuen Teil hinter der Scheune gab es ein breites Food-Angebot und Platz für ein gemütliches Zusammensein. Wir freuten uns über regen Besuch in unserem Anhänger und konnten Gross und Klein, den Prozess des Bierbrauens näher bringen. An unserer Bar servierten wir nebst unserem standart Feuerbier, dem Amber Lager, auch ein Helles und ein Ale am Zapfhahn. Fazit: Es kam so gut an, dass beide Badges ausverkauft waren. Und die Kühe vom Bauernhof liessen sich unseren frischen Treber schmecken. Danke Maur für die tollen Tage.
