An Italian-style feast with a Sicilian twist
We invite you to enjoy cosiness, culinary delights and good company at the Krone Forch. Giovanni will conjure up wonderful specialities from Italy and his southern Italian homeland for you. There’s a rich selection of meat and vegetarian options. Everyone helps themselves at the buffet and enjoys the evening together at our Tavolata. To go with it, we have a fitting selection of beer, wine and other drinks ready for you. All you need to bring is a good portion of time and appetite.
Schedule:
6:00 pm Arrival, aperitif with small nibbles
From 6:45 pm “Tavolata Fredda” – all-you-can-eat buffet
From 7:45 pm “Tavolata Calda” – all-you-can-eat buffet, including arancini, gnocchi, grilled vegetables, falafel, salads and sauces, plus more warm delicacies.
From approx. 8:45 pm “Dolce” – dessert buffet
Flat rate per person (excl. drinks): CHF 65, including an aperitivo tipico italiano

Welcome!
Until the planned renovation of this venerable old house can begin, we at Forchbier are able to take over the premises and use them as a pop-up. And so our house for creative beer culture is taking shape.
There will once again be a place for enjoyment and good cheer beneath plane trees and sun umbrellas.
We want to show and introduce you not only to our own beer, but also to other local beers from breweries we’re friends with. There’ll also be a small but refined menu — and Céline will treat us to a crêpes evening now and then.
