We associate brewing and drinking beer with togetherness. For us brewing and drinking Beer is better toghether.
That’s why we brew publicly with our mobile system and everyone who is interested is welcome. We look forward to your visit and if you like, you are welcome to lend a hand.
A brewing day at Forch starts at 10 a.m. and lasts the whole day. There is our Forchbeer on tap and often we conclude the day having a cold one with our guests.

Upcoming Events
The Solothurn Beer Festival is a cult classic. It’s been running for 22 years. Discover over 200 beers from more than 50 breweries. We’ll be there too with our mobile brewery. We’ll not only be serving our Feuerbier but also demonstrating how beer is brewed. As a special treat, on Saturday, May 2, starting at 2 p.m., we’ll also have beer artist Hans Mehr from mehrart.ch joining us. Using his hot iron, he’ll create a unique “mousse au bière” right in your glass. A wonderful spectacle to watch and a special treat.
